The easiest way to calculate the caloric needs is to multiply the current weight of 11-15, a number of calories needed to maintain that weight.
So a 150-pound woman who wants to participate in weight, that the need to eat 1650 to 2,250 calories. Why the difference? If their activity is high (the exercise vigorously every day), they can eat more because they burn longer. If she wants to lose weight, she goes to have to calories.
Since a pound of fat represents about 3,500 calories, cutting 500 calories per day is a pound lost in a week, a reasonable amount. But eating less is not the only way to remove it. In order to 500 calories per day, you can also cut by 250 calories and do a workout that burns 250 calories.
A more detailed assessment of calories can be done using the Harris Benedict equation, in the year 1919, which begins with the basal metabolism to calculate calories needed for weight.
